Peak Solution presents the Peak Resource Planner version 1.6 for the first time at the Automotive Testing Expo Stuttgart
Peak Solution, specializing in test and measurement data management, is taking part in the Automotive Testing Expo Europe 2013 from June 4 to 6 with a trade show stand and a presentation. At the Stuttgart trade show, stand number 1850, the company presents its Peak Resource Planner (PRP) Version 1.6 for the first time, a software solution for company-wide transparent planning and management of key test resources. Moreover, Peak Solution presents the beta version of their new Peak ODS Server. The ASAM ODS standard is also the base for the third main focus: Measurement data management systems based on the openMDM® software platform. It is exactly this topic that will be emphasized in the presentation “better use of measurement data: openMDM as a new industry standard”, which Dr. Hans-Jörg Kremer, managing director of Peak Solution, will be giving at the trade show’s Open Technology Forum.
The Peak Resource Planner (PRP) makes the planning of tests and allocation of resources such as measurement equipment, test benches, rooms and staff company-wide more transparent. Expensive and time-consuming allocation conflicts can be avoided. The center of the new version 1.6 is a component that offers new functionalities to users in engineering and quality assurance: The PRP file server permits allocating tests to any binary or text files managed in PRP, as well as storing them. This way, a lean solution for measurement data management can be implemented very quickly and easily. more
